Before contacting support via phone:

• Ensure you have created a ticket or using the form on the left
• Ticket queues are monitored 24x7 by your support team and you will usually receive a response within 30 minutes
• If your issue is urgent, you can call our support team but before you do:
• Ensure you quote your ticket number when you call
• For Security and Privacy reasons, Hostwadi will not be able to provide any passwords or sensitive information over the phone
• All requests for configuration changes will need to be submitted in writing (a ticket) from an authorised contact

• During Business hours are 8am - 5pm AST (Excludes public holidays)
• Outside Business hours are 5pm - 8am AST
• Adhoc support rates
• During business hours - $110/hr billed in 30 minute increments
• Outside business hours - $220/hr billed in 1 hour increments
• Customers with support plans
• During business hours - (Deducted from included time, after time exhausted) - $88/hr billed in 30 min increments
• Outside business hours - (Deducted from included time, after time exhausted) - $220/hr billed in 1 hour blocks
